The chassis number of the Bugatti Type 57 S Atalante it's #57523 and the Type 57 Aravis it's #57798.

Thank you to Uwe who sent me these photos of a much refreshed 51133 taking part in the Pebble Beach Tour. Suddenly this car is less elegant than that rather baroque Horsch?

Not sure I agree with the judges' decision.

Sorry guys, no matter what I do the damn photo's just do not want to reload. As soon as I find another photo of 51133 I'll post it. The car is now painted a dark red metallic by the way.

It's the Bugatti Type 35/51 chassis number #4654 ex-Peter Williamson. Now, it belongs to Mitch & Wendy Gross of Scarsdale, State of New York (USA)

Neither is it properly prepared to look like a Molsheim produced car but that is probably not the current owners fault.
