There was a discussion some time ago, on the drawings of the T35, where the Brits changed some dimensions to make the drawings unsuitable for production.

I never entered the data in CAD, so personally I do not know.

Stuart Brown entered the complete T35 into cad (3D) so if there were errors, he must have found them. (he found very little)
See: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=420

Gerald Wingrove did the same for the T41 (in 2D) but these were drawings from his own observations, so most likely are not 100% correct.

I do not belive the story that the brits did change some dimensions to make the drawings unsuitable for production. Look , how many dimensions must I change to stop production of this part ? They made drawings with mistakes , after over 20 years driving Jaguars , I know this mistakes are not done on purpose . The Molsheim drawings have mistakes , in the t35 and t41 , the radiuses do not fit together .

Here is a partial view from one of my CAD drawings.

in the drawing 41ch216 radius at the rear end is 60mm ?

So what's the problem with the radius being 60mm - its just a fillet, it doesn't fit into anything.

If you think so . If I build a Bugatti part , it has to be like the original and not fantasy . If I do not care about it , I can change any dimension . It looks like the drawing 41ch216 is full of mistakes .Is there any other t41 drawing for the chassis ? maybe Bugatti did not use 41ch216 .

If you take the chassis drawing 41ch216 and look at original chassis fotos , suddenly there are some questions .

Maybe you can make a scan of the drawing, as well as posting a photo of the actual chassis?

That way also those few of us who do not have access to 41CH216 can see what this is about?
