It does not seem like a Bugatti to me. A pity that one can not see the bogies, to be able to count the axles. The 4 axles of the Bugatti are quite unique, only some of the Michelines have the same.

There are dozens of different French AutoRails, difficult to find this one. On the Internet mainly those are feautured which survive, but that is only a small part...
