I Was browsing in the pictures showing the T 44.

Evrard never owned a Bugatti T 44 but well a T 40, the picture depicted his car (n 54) is a T 40 with special body work, this car was entered several times before beiing sell or rented to a chap called Pierre

How can the T 44 then be a winner in 1500 cc class.
I assume that Evrard never owned a T 44 source Belgian register plates

His 3 cars were T 40 first generation
T 37 first appearance in 1930 and finally a T 40 second generation with enlarged engines. His profession owner of a transportation company

Alphonse Evrard and Bruyère Barthélemy is the correct spelling but in 1928 the car had the number 21

In 1930, the car carried number 27 and the drivers were Evrard Van Stappen.

There is a correction in 1930, Bugatti T 37 I ve a very bad picture of the car at the start nearby the T 40 from Pierre - Thys

Now a question where can I get in touch for using the picture for my book ??

Updated but not correct: second in class and 12th overall with a distance of 1964,85 km. Not bad for a T40!
